‘Quaint, Luxurious All-Suite; Historic Style’
Enjoying a location a little aloof from the rest of the bustling west coast areas the focus of Little Good Harbour is the carefully restored 17th century fort which now houses the restaurant and bar as well as two luxury suites. In separate, Caribbean-style guest cottages you will find further one and two bedroom suites whilst the Vineyard Suites offer villa-style accommodation. Life here is laid back and informal and you are invited to visit the sister hotel, The Atlantis, on the dramatic East Coast for a change of scene. Although there are no shortage of restaurants and bars within easy reach the hotel’s own Fish Pot is regarded as one of the best; with your own kitchen you may like to experiment with fresh local ingredients or employ the services of a dedicated cook to muster a delicious meal.
In Our Opinion
‘This delightful all-suite hotel is famous for its historical past, quiet location and quaint design making it quite a contrast to many other Barbados properties; for guests seeking somewhere with character and charm but still within striking distance of major attractions then this may be an ideal choice’
One, two and three bedroom suites offering style and individuality
Split over two levels, the one bedroom suites are situated in semi-detached villa style cottages overlooking the resort gardens.
Situated near the swimming pool, these two bedroom suites include a main bedroom upstairs and a second bedroom downstairs, adjacent to the lounge area. All two bedroom suites feature a large terrace with dining table and chairs.
The two bedroom Fort Suite is situated on the upper level, above the restaurant and bar area with sweeping ocean vistas from its own rooftop terrace.
The three bedroom Fort Suite is adjacent to the restaurant and situated on the water’s edge, with immediate beach access. The three bedrooms each include their own en-suite with separate shower, and the spacious living room leads out to the terrace and private gardens.
These lavish suites are each independently named after wines from the Margaret River region of Western Australia. With neutral shades, hard wood polished floors and textured painted ceilings, the interiors offer high quality European elegance with a mix of modern Caribbean architecture.
The Fish Pot serves local, fresh dishes, international foods that are healthy and tasty, as well as an extensive selection of fine wines. Reservations required. Open for breakfast 08:30-10:00, lunch 12:00-14:30 and dinner 18:30-21:15.
