‘Solitude and Peace, Traditional Culture and Activities’

Veranda Resort & Spa Chiang Mai is just outside the city of Chiang Mai but far enough from the hustle and bustle to retain an atmosphere of peace and solitude. It’s divided into two areas, one representing the cultural heritage of the north and the other a contemporary Veranda style. There is a delightful outdoor pool, a truly relaxing spa and plenty of classes to help you feel a part of the local culture. You can learn to cook Thai style or get privately tutored in traditional Thai music. Rooms are well equipped and comfortable with wonderful views of the valley and rice fields. Dining is a true pleasure with traditional Thai food given modern twists and a good selection of international cuisine and wines.

Rabiang Cha Restaurant

This modern version of a traditional northern rice granary sits on the lower plains of the valley with views of rice and tea terraces. The menu on offer is Lanna Thai cuisine with a modern touch. Outdoor terrace dining is also available.

A great place to unwind at any time of the day or join friends for a cocktail. This bar also serves healthy smoothies and special coffees.
