Sophisticated and elegant, Wilde The Restaurant invited guests to sample innovative and unique cuisine created by some of the region’s top chefs, whilst gazing over bustling Grafton Street. Serving both breakfast and all day dining, dishes on offer include; truffled consommé gnocchi, Roast Atlantic Halibut with saffron aioli and mango and passionfruit pavlova.

Tea/coffee with freshly baked cakes and pastries served all day every day.
Chic and relaxed, Café Novo serves the finest quality coffee and freshly baked pastries and bread alongside an infamous cooked breakfast. Come noon the stylish space transforms into a bistro with oyster and cocktail bar perfect for a sophisticated afternoon lunch and alcoholic tipple.

The Marble Bar

A favourite of both hotel guests and local Dubliners; the Marble Bar is a refined and fashionable bar offering the finest wines and intricate cocktails into the night.

Afternoon Tea

Memorable and indulgent; the Westbury Afternoon Tea is an experience worthy of any guest’s afternoon. Served in the impressive Gallery, a selection of elegant sandwiches, scones and miniature desserts are presented on beautiful platters with a selection of fine teas and the opportunity to add an extra special touch with a glass of champagne. The experience is certainly not wasted on the younger members of the family with a special Children’s Afternoon Tea available that will impress even the most discerning of little guests.
