Pierre
This two Michelin-starred restaurant serves French cuisine in a contemporary setting with views over Victoria Harbour. Open for lunch from 12:00 to 14:40, brunch from 11:00 to 15:00, dinner from 18:30 to 22:30.
Man Wah
Yet another Michelin-starred restaurant, serving local and regional Cantonese dishes amid panoramic views of Victoria Harbour and the Hong Kong skyline. Open for dinner from 18:30 to 22:30.
The Krug Room
A partnership with Krug Champagne, this exclusive venue can seat up to 12 people and pairs fine Champagne with exquisite dishes. Open for individual bookings 19:00 (Tue to Sat).
Café Causette
All-day dining venue home to live kitchens showcasing a range of international dishes. Open for breakfast from 06:30 to 11:30, lunch from 11:30 to 15:00, dinner from 18:00 to 23:00 – all daily.
Clipper Lounge
