Grand Hotel is located just over a mile from Reykjavik city centre in a quiet area close to Laugardalur Sports and Recreational Park which features botanical gardens, a swimming pool and zoo. Some rooms have views over the city or the Atlantic Ocean and surrounding mountains and there is a spa and gym facility on-site for guests to make full use of. The restaurant serves a variety of Icelandic treats for lunch and dinner and there is a happy hour between 17.00 – 19.00.
