Reykjavik

Hotel Reykjavik Centrum

Official Rating

‘Intimate City Retreat’

Situated on one of Reykjavic’s oldest streets, Adalstraeti, Hotel Reykjavik Centrum is just around the corner from the public square of Austurvöllur. Due to an excellent location in the very centre of the city, attractions such as the National Museum of Reykjavic, Harpa concert hall, Hallgrímskirkja church and Vikin Martime Museum are also close by. The hotel is housed within three 18th century-style buildings, with the oldest part of the central building dating back to 1764. Guest rooms further this traditional charm in their décor but also offer essential modern amenities. Fjalakotturinn restaurant resides within the right-side of the building and offers a delicious a la carte menu of new-Nordic cuisine alongside an extensive wine selection.

In Our Opinion

‘Old Icelandic charm and hospitality in the centre of Reykjavik.’

Fjalakotturinn Restaurant

Days start off here with buffet breakfasts. Later on in the evening, an a la carte menu of new-Nordic cuisine is accompanied by an extensive wine list.
