‘Wilderness, Adventure and Rest’

Cicada Lodge is surrounded by the indigenous culture and ancient landscapes of Nitmiluk National Park in a stunning riverfront position at the entrance to the Nitmiluk Gorge. There’s plenty of opportunity to relax and enjoy these stunning surroundings from the comfort of your modern lodge room featuring full length louvered doors that open onto private balconies or the outdoor pool and deck area. Those in search of adventure will not be disappointed. You can take helicopter rides to remote locations, swim in crystal clear waterfalls, canoe down the gorge system or explore local wildlife from the air in the wilderness of southern Arnhem Land. Dining at the lodge is a joy, combining traditional regional elements and flavours with a contemporary menu and the freshest local produce.
