Merges the classic steakhouse with unique culinary aspects, including a cheese and charcuterie bar with more than 60 farmhouse and artisanal cheeses from around the world alongside handmade salamis and meats. The food is complemented by more than 60 wines-by-the-glass and over 400 varieties of French and California wines-by-the-bottle. Steaks include both wet- and dry-aged and a delectable array of desserts ranging from a trio of crème brulees to an assortment of gourmet macaroons is also on offer.
Serves delicious burgers in chicken, buffalo and vegetarian as well as traditional favourites like beef and turkey.
This hotel charges a ‘Resort Fee’ to cover the use of certain facilities. These compulsory fees are calculated per room per night and will be levied at check-in.
