Hotel Bergkistrall is positioned amidst the mountain panorama of the Lech skiing resort. One of the most sought-after ski resorts, Lech and its surrounds are abound with slopes and hills proving excellent conditions for skiing and snowboarding; the hotel is located in the village of Oberlech – an area within the Lech resort. Skiing takes place right outside the door of the hotel, situated between 1,400 and 2,500 metres above sea-level and comprising 260 kilometres of prepared slopes suitable for all levels, whilst snow boarders can enjoy 180 kilometres of downhill runs and parks. Other winter activities include ice skating, curling, guided hiking tours and tobogganing, with the thrilling 1.2km tobogganing trail leading all the way from Oberlech to Lech. There are also indoor leisure options nearby at the Sportpark Lech centre and younger guests won’t miss out either with their own dedicated children’s clubs. The Spa Chalet is connected to the hotel via a tunnel and boasts a selection of relaxing treatments and wellness facilities. Dining is varied and magnificent views across the Lechtal Alps can be seen from the hotel’s sun terrace.

Skiing
The ski resort is situated between 1,400 and 2,500 metres above sea-level, with 260 kilometres of prepared slopes suitable for all levels and 180 kilometres of downhill runs for snowboarders. 11 cable cars, 38 chair lifts and 35 T-bar lifts will take you back up the mountain quickly and reduce the waiting times. Cross-country skiers can increase their strength and endurance on 40 kilometres of prepared trails and the entire family can enjoy the 1.2 kilometre toboggan run from Oberlech to Lech – illuminated in the evenings. Ski schools and private guides are also available.
Spa Chalet
The spa chalet is linked to the hotel via a tunnel and offers a selection of individual services such as cosmetic and facial treatments, each of which use exclusive Maria Galland products. Facilities include a Finnish sauna, herbal steam sauna, steam room, brine inhalation room and recreation rooms. Other wellness facilities at the hotel include a Jacuzzi, solarium, kneipp baths, spa vitality showers and a laconium – steam room with light and aromatherapy.
