‘Crown Towers’ location on the Southbank is an advantageous position from which to explore the city of Melbourne. There are many exhibition centres, famous arts and sporting facilities dotted around nearby the hotel, as well as a wealth of shopping and eating opportunities.’

A popular destination for parties and private group dining experiences, The Atlantic has a waterfront location that boasts a hearty selection of international dishes. Open 12:00 – 15:00 for lunch and 18:00 – 23:00 for dinner.
Bistro Guillaume
Inspired by typical French culture and the environment of bistros native to France, the Bistro Guillaume has an extensive outdoor terrace and a private welcome dining area. Open 12:00 – late.
Conservatory
Split in to a variety of different culinary stations, the Conservatory offers a unique dining experience that consists of seafood, sushi and Asian fare. Open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Gradi
This classic Italian eatery brings the flavour of Naples with delicious Italian pizza, pasta and seafood. Open for lunch and dinner Monday – Sunday 11:30 – midnight.
Café Baci
Having been recently refurbished, Café Baci is reopened with stunning new décor and also renovated as a dine-in restaurant that offers Italian pizzas, pasta, risotto and mains in a casual setting.
Cervo

Koko
A multi-award winning restaurant, Koko is a traditional Japanese restaurant that revels in authentic far eastern architecture and a five star service. Open 12:00 – 14:30 for lunch and 18:00 – 22:00 for dinner.
Mr Hive Kitchen and Bar
Serving French inspired, modern cuisines and an unusual yet tasty palette of signature dishes such as duck egg and sourdough soldiers, roasted Canadian scallops on cauliflower puree with toasted wild rice and spice and saltbush lamb belly served with peas and mint. If this is to your liking then the restaurant is open for breakfast Monday to Sunday 06:30 – 10:30 and dinner, 06:30 – 23:00.
Nobu
The world’s most recognised Japanese restaurant is known for its innovative and contemporary dishes and décor. Open for lunch 12:00 – 14:30 Monday to Thursday, dinner 18:00 – 22:30 Sunday to Thursday.
No. 8 by John Lawson
Manned by Executive Chef John Lawson, No. 8 is a whirlwind of succulent flavours a bespoke selection of locally farmed produce. The wine here is also excellent and small wine dinners and other speciality events can be organised here. Open 12:00 – 15:00 for lunch and 18:00 – 22:00 for dinner.

A more modern approach to Chinese cuisine, Neil Perry’s Chinese restaurant is focused primarily on regional fare. Open Thursday to Sunday 12:00 – 15:00 for lunch and 18:00 – 23:00 for dinner on all days.
Emporio Pizza & Pasta
