At 120,000 square metres, this is one of the largest hotel complexes on the island of Rhodes. Da Vinci Restaurant

Serves Greek, Mediterranean and International specialities for breakfast, lunch and dinner in a grandiose décor filled with magnificent Da Vinci inspired thematic paintings. There’s plenty of seating both indoors and out. Cuisine is prepared daily by the executive chef and service is always fast, efficient and friendly. The dress code is smart casual. Themed evenings occur six times a week. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten free and other dietary requirements are all catered for upon request. This restaurant is also wheelchair accessible and has a smoking area outdoors.

L’ Etoile A-La Carte Restaurant
First class service and impeccable Mediterranean and International dishes await you in this romantic sea view restaurant on the top floor of the main building. Meals are freshly prepared in an open-plan kitchen and the experienced staff are always on hand should you need help choosing a champagne or fine wine to complement your cuisine. There are themed nights once and live music 2-3 times per week. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten free and other dietary requirements are all catered for upon request. This restaurant is also wheelchair accessible and has a smoking area outdoors. The dress code is smart casual and reservations must be made at least a day in advance.
Asian Corner
Asian a la carte restaurant on the third floor of the main building and offering picturesque sea views. The dress code is smart casual and reservations must be made at least a day in advance. Open 19.00-midnight.
Gondola Pool Bar Restaurant
Pool bar and restaurant serving International, Mediterranean and traditional Greek cuisine. Snacks, pastries and cakes are also available as well as premium beverages, cocktails and champagnes. Dinner is served at the supremely popular Grill Corner 19.00-midnight. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten free and other dietary requirements are all catered for upon request and there’s a children’s menu and high chairs. This restaurant is also wheelchair accessible and has a smoking area outdoors. Live music is played 2-3 times a week.
Crystal Lounge Bar
Enjoy a morning coffee overlooking the gardens and sea at this relaxing main building bar next to the reception area or perhaps a cocktail accompanied by live piano music in the evening. Pastries, snacks and cakes are available here as well as a domestic and international wine selection. This bar is also wheelchair accessible and has a smoking area outdoors.
Luna Panoramic Bar
Main building top floor bar with stunning sea views and serving cocktails, wines, Champagnes, premium beverages, cool refreshments and snacks. This bar is also wheelchair accessible and has only outdoor seating where a smoking area can also be found. Live music is played here 3-4 times a week.
Azzurro Pool Bar
This adults-only bar is nestled between two large swimming pools in the upper section of the hotel complex and serves alcoholic beverages as well as pastries, cakes and snacks. The bar is wheelchair accessible and smoking is permitted.
Marquise De Sable Beach Bar
Cheerful, fashionable and friendly beach bar with DJ entertainment in the summer months. Choose from cosy white sofas or the designated beach area with its comfortable sun beds under umbrellas. A wide range of drinks are served throughout the day including coffees, fresh juices, wines and cocktails. Pastries, cakes and light snacks are also available. The bar is wheelchair accessible and smoking is permitted in a special outdoor section.
