Drinks Package

• The 16th Sky Lounge Bar, Narumi´s Hall Restaurant Bar, Rock Royalty Lounge, Minibar drinks packs, Room Service and Premium Drinks ARE NOT INCLUDED.

Minibar

• A daily refill, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, of 2 waters, 2 Coca-Cola and 2 tonic-water.

Conditions

• Schedule and services may be modified without prior notice.
• Rock Spa, Rock Shop and Lullaby Club are not included.
• Hotel staff are not allowed to serve alcoholic beverages to minors under 18 years of age
• To use this service, the guest must always wear the identification bracelet on their wrist and show it at the request of any hotel staff member.
• All drinks and food must be consumed in assigned areas.
• Stockpiling drinks and food is not permitted; the guest must have finished the current consumption before ordering the next one.
• The All Inclusive plan is not transferable to other people than the originally participating guest. This right may not be used to invite another guest.
• Parties celebrated in the hotel are excluded from All Inclusive plan.
• Irregular use or non-compliance with the rules indicated above, will lead to the cessation of this service, as well as the payment of all the drink and/or food that has been consumed with abuse of this right.
• The service and opening hours of the outlets are approximate and may be modified due to operational reasons at the discretion of the hotel management.
