Spread the cost of your holiday the easy way.

We like to make booking and paying for your holiday as easy as possible. Secure your holiday with the usual deposit, then spread the rest of your payments with dates to suit you. No forgotten payments, no big balance due bill as you approach your holiday. Just complete the online Direct Debit form, then relax and look forward to your holiday.


Can I pay for all Destinology holidays by Direct Debit?

If you book your holiday more than 90 days before departure, you can pay a deposit by debit or credit card to confirm your booking, then pay the remaining balance by Direct Debit. For some cruise holidays, special conditions may apply. Please speak to your Personal Travel Consultant to find out if you are eligible.

When will I have to pay for my holiday?

To confirm your holiday you will need to pay a deposit (see details below), then the remainder of your holiday balance will need to be paid 90 days before departure (or before for some cruise bookings). If you choose to pay by Direct Debit your remaining balance will be spread in equal monthly instalments between your booking date and your balance departure date. You can choose the monthly payment date that suits you best (e.g. 15th of each month).

How much is my deposit?

Our standard deposit is £150 per person or 15% of the total holiday cost, whichever is greater. For certain “no frills” airlines, the full cost of the airfare, plus £150 per person or 15% of the total holiday cost is payable as a deposit to secure your holiday.

How do I set up my Direct Debit payments?

If you are booking online, you will be offered the chance to create your Direct Debit on the Booking Confirmation page. Just click on ‘Set Up Direct Debit’ and follow the on-page instructions. A link to setting up a Direct Debit can also be found on your booking confirmation email.

If you book through our call centre or shop, you with find a link on your booking confirmation email or within the online documentation area of your Destinology account. Your Personal Travel Advisor will be happy to help if you have any questions.

To set up your payments, you’ll need to enter your bank details and address. You can select your payment date (same day each month) and will see the number of payments required along with the amount that will be taken. Once you are happy with the payment schedule, click ‘confirm’ to proceed. You will be sent a confirmation email detailing your payment schedule.
