There's something inexplicably stylish about the idea of France, its food and its language, particularly when somebody French speaks English. Two music producers who agree with this notion are Oliver Libaux and Marc Collin, the creative minds behind the band Nouvelle Vague.

Creating covers of well known songs, Nouvelle Vague only record with French female vocalists, who haven't heard the original songs that they're recording for extra French authenticity in their singing. And it sounds like they're onto something good to us.

So, if you're heading for the French Riviera, or anywhere for that matter, we've created a Spotify playlist of our favourite Franco-English covers to complement your getaway. Voila...
