Inspired by Hollywood, this is a fantastic place to take the whole family and it is the only place outside of Hollywood that you will get to experience movie magic, with areas including Columbia Pictures, Dreamworks and Lionsgate. The Smurfs Village is a particularly popular place which has rides and attractions from the cartoon and you may be lucky enough to meet your favourite blue toned characters and put your selfie stick into action. Look! There's Shrek in the background!
Ski Dubai Indoor Skiing
This is the world’s largest indoor snow park which contains slopes, real snow and is fantastic for skiers, toboggan-riders and snowboarders. You may also spot some Gentoo and penguins in the area during their March of The Penguins activity each day! You can get a full day Polar Pass which includes snow jacket, pants, boots and a helmet for children under 13, as well as disposable socks and fleece gloves. Imagine, skiing in the dessert, it doesn't get better than this!
Aquaventure Waterpark
This is part of the fantastic Atlantis the Palm which combines some fantastic thrill rides with some top educational animal exhibits where you can feed cownose rays and see a shark lagoon. There is a private beach for the adults to enjoy and there are many slides and rides that are lots of fun for all ages and you can see some stunning views across Dubai on the higher (scarier) rides!
Thrill Zone Laser Tag
For active teens, Laser Zone Arena reaches heady heights of over 3,000 feet and each session is 15 minutes of laser targeting fun! Enjoy short themed '6D' movies which have special effects plus additional elements like wind, rain, fog simulation and chair motion for a unique laser adventure.
Tee & Putt Mini Golf - Glow in the Dark
This is an 18-hole indoor golf course, which features multi-dimensional special effects, glow in the dark features and interactive obstacles, targets and creative designs. The whole family can have fun or get super competitive in this modern, exciting indoor golfing experience.

Lost Chambers Aquarium
This is a fantastic place for teens who enjoy animals, history, and particularly mythology, in this recreation of the Lost City of Atlantis as it might look under the ocean. You will tour around the seas most amazing underwater creatures including sharks, jellyfish, piranhas and stingrays and you can also see the largest open-air marine habitat in the Middle East here. You can download the app before you go so that you can use the it when you are there and find out more about each area and interact with puzzles and games that are in the aquarium.
Legoland Dubai
This features a variety of multi themed areas from medieval dragons to underwater adventures surrounded by tiny pieces of Lego, it's what dreams are made of! Kids get to create their own masterpieces along the way and adults can too if they are well behaved. There is also MINILAND where you get to see lots of local landmarks and international attractions in miniature Lego form!
Hysteria Haunted House
This haunted experience is so scary you have to be over 18 to take part. Sorry kids! The story is of two crazed parents who have somehow lost their children (as you do) and are seeking revenge for whoever has taken them! Maybe it is one of you who has taken them, or so they think! Get your running shoes on!The special effects are amazing, so prepare yourself to be scared silly!
