Seafront Royal Residence

Overlooking the tropical gardens to the Arabian Gulf the Seafront Residence has two king-size, two queen and one twin bedroom accompanied by five Turkish inspired en-suite bathrooms with marble bathtubs and walk-in rain showers. There is a living/dining room, kitchen/family room and first floor sitting room. Also, in the Seafront Residence there are separate helper’s quarters should you feel the dedicated butler is just not what you are used to.

Beach Royal Residence

Residences have two king-size, two queen and one twin room, alongside five Turkish inspired bathrooms with marble bathtubs and rain showers - space for all your majesties. There is an imperial entrance hall, fully fitted kitchen/family room, separate living/dining room and, not forgetting the sitting room on the first floor, all of which continue the Turkish theme with marble tiles, wood parquet floors and sophisticated furnishings highlighted by motifs and the tones of gold and ivory.

Lagoon Royal Residence

Overlooking and with direct access to the lagoon these Residences have two king-size, one queen and one twin bedroom, alongside 4 Turkish inspired bathrooms with marble bathtubs and rain showers. The Lagoon Residences offer you the choice of a private gym, children’s playroom or additional bedroom dependant upon your personal desires for the perfect holiday. Living accommodation comprises of formal living/dining room adjoining the deck, second floor sitting room with access to the upper furnished terrace and fitted kitchen.
