  • Day 1
    To Nairobi

    Fly to Nairobi, with same day or overnight flights available. On arrival you’ll be met for the private transfer to your hotel.

  • Day 2
    Train to Amboseli

    After breakfast you will be met for a private transfer to Nairobi train station and your guide will show you onto the new Madaraka Express train for to Amboseli. Its signature attraction is the sight of hundreds of big-tusked elephants set against the backdrop of Africa’s best views of Mt Kilimanjaro which broods over the southern boundary of the park, as you enjoy a relaxing journey by the train. Upon arrival at the Email train station you will be met for transfer to the lodge for a two-night stay. Time permitting there will be a chance for an afternoon game drive.

  • Day 3
    Amboseli National Park

    Enjoy morning and afternoon game drives in this beautifully wild national park as well as a visit to a Maasai Village where you mingle with the maasai and learn their thriving culture. You’ll be rewarded with stunning vistas when the weather clears, usually at dawn and dusk, look out for the great herds of elephants, cheetah, lions, zebras, giraffes and hyenas.  Amboselis is also an ornitholgists' paradise.  The swamp team with flamingos, plovers, kingfishers, cranes, hammerkop spoonbills and more.

  • Day 4
    To Tsavo West National Park

    Morning transfer to Emali station and take the train to Mtito Andei. From there transfer into Tsavo West, a huge national park known for its volcanic scenery and panoramic views. The sight of dust-red elephant wallowing, rolling and spraying each other with the midnight blue waters of palm-shaded Galana River is one of the most evocative images in Africa. Stay for 2 nights with game drives included.

  • Day 5
    Tsavo West

    On morning or afternoon game drives and an intense guided nature walk, explore the national park, the largest protected area in Kenya and home to most of the larger mammals. It’s possible to see vast herds of dust –red elephant, rhino, buffalo, lion, leopard, pods of hippo, crocodile, waterbucks, lesser Kudu, gerenuk and the prolific bird life features 500 recorded species. Relax in the bar with a sundowner while looking down on the waterhole.

  • Day 6
    To Diani Beach

    Transfer to Mtito Andei and take the train to Mombasa, arriving by the blue waters of the ocean by lunchtime. Transfer to Diani beach for some serious relaxation after your safari adventure.

    Diani Beach

    Three days at leisure at Diani beach. The area’s wonderfully warm waters and exquisite coral reefs provide an ideal environment for an array of exhilarating water-based activities including snorkeling, scuba diving and boat safaris where you can witness the richly diverse marine life for which the southern coast of Kenya is known. You're likely to see turtles, mantas, barracuda and, if you are lucky, even the elusive and exceptionally large whale shark.
