The contrast is seen quickly as you leave Vegas behind and head into the National Parks of Zion and Bryce Canyon. Travel around from Utah and into Arizona, through famous Monument Valley. They say to leave the best till last, and here we do; the final National Park stop is at The Grand Canyon before heading south to Scottsdale, a quiet suburb of Phoenix, for a night before you head home.

Take a flight from the UK to the United States capital of gambling, ‘Sin City’ Las Vegas. Upon arrival, collect a hire car and head to your hotel.
A full day to experience Las Vegas. Walk ‘The Strip’, win or lose your fortune in any of a number of casinos, catch a headliners show, shop at the high end boutiques of Crystals or Forum at Caesars Palace. For the thrill seekers, there are rollercoasters at a couple of hotels or drive high powered sports cars at Exotics Racing. You can do pretty much whatever you like for you day in the desert city.

Leave behind the bright lights of man-made Las Vegas and head into Utah in search of some natural beauty. Travel via towns such as St. George and Springdale before arriving into Zion National Park. Explore this wonderful park with amazing scenery and canyons, offering hiking trails for walkers of any ability.

Travel from Zion and into Bryce Canyon National Park. Offering scenery which is quite different from anything else you will see, check out the hoodoos that are the calling card of this special place. Get out from the car and walk around the trails on foot or if you are feeling a little more adventurous maybe try a horseback ride.

Another day to admire what nature can do over millions of years as you drive into Monument Valley. Some of the most famous sites on earth are all around in the shape of giant red sandstone spires and monoliths.

Exit Monument Valley and head south west into probably the most famous National Park in the world, The Grand Canyon.
A full day at Grand Canyon National Park to really take in the breath-taking spectacle that is all around you. Marvel at the landscape, carved from the earth by the Colorado River over the course of several millennia. Located at the South Rim, admire the views from the top, take a hike down to the valley floor if you are feeling active or maybe take a helicopter from Grand Canyon Airport to see this natural wonder from as many different angles as possible.

The final long drive has plenty of options to break the journey up as you head south. First port of call is Williams, home to the Grand Canyon Railway then over to Flagstaff. Continue south and visit Oak Creek Canyon and the idyllic town of Sedona before entering the laid back, stunning suburb or Scottsdale in Phoenix. With plenty of options for relaxing, shopping and eating, it’s a great place to spend your last night on the tour.
Your final day spent relaxing and shopping around Scottsdale before heading to Phoenix Sky Harbour International airport to drop off your car and take an overnight flight back to the UK.
