    UK to Saigon

    After arriving in Saigon, you will bet met and guided to your hotel.

  • Day 3
    Saigon

    Kick off your journey in Saigon. Also known as Ho Chi Minh, there’s so much to see and do in this south Vietnamese city. It played a pivotal role in the Vietnam war and this can be seen at places like the Cu Chi Tunnels and the War Remnants Museum. There’re also big French influences like the Notre-Dame Cathedral and the Saigon Opera House. Navigate the city by cyclo and try some of the food stalls around Ben Thành Market.

  • Day 4
    Saigon to Cai Be

    Leave the hustle and bustle of the city behind as you board the Jahan boat and embark on your journey along the Mekong. Setting off from My Tho, a lunch buffet will be served while the vessel glides upstream. Take some time to relax and admire the views from your private balcony. Eventually the boat will reach the charming town of Cai Be where it will stay overnight.

  • Day 5
    Cai Be to Chau Doc

    If you’re an early riser, start your day with a bit of Tai Chi on the sun deck. Then head to the floating market of Cai Be with its array of local goods, before hopping off the boat for a workshop on how rice wine is made. Back on the boat, float through the lush canal and watch as farmers work in their fields. Reaching the area of Sa Dec, board a sampan and take a tour of Binh Thanh Island. Local villages will be happy to chat and share their story with you.

  • Day 6
    Chau Doc to Phnom Penh

    Wake up in Chau Doc, the fishing sanctuary of Vietnam. Explore the sleepy town by cyclo as you pass ancient homes and soak up the laidback vibe. After some bargaining at the local market, board a small boat and head to a floating fish farm. Then jump back on the Jahan and sail towards the Vietnamese-Cambodian border. A culinary class is offered in the afternoon, and this is the perfect chance to just relax and enjoy the scenery – perhaps with a massage.

  • Day 7
    Phnom Penh

    Today explore by foot the historic capital of Phnom Penh. After a sobering experience visiting the Killing Fields and the Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum, discover other landmarks like the Royal Palace and National Museum. Cycle back to the ship where cocktails will be served on the sun deck and a lecture about Cambodian modern history will take place in the lounge.

  • Day 8
    Phnom Penh to Kampong Cham

    Travel early morning to the small Angkor Ban village up the Mekong River, famous for its beautiful traditional houses. It’s like stepping back in time here. Cruise further upstream and visit a local school where the children are eager to show off their skills in music and art. Big smiles will great you upon arrival. Then continue to the 7th-century Wat Hanchey temple and the monastery of Wat Nokor. You might get the chance to chat with the friendly monks that live in the area.

  • Day 9
    Kampong Cham to Kampong Chhang

    Sail downstream and stop at the island of Koh Oknha Tey. Travelling by tuk-tuk, visit workshops and learn more about the manufacturing of silk for which the island is famous. Back on board, pass through the confluence of Mekong and Tonle River towards Kampong Tralach. Amongst the leafy landscape, children wave as they bring their livestock for a bath in the river.

  • Day 10
    Kampong Chhang to Tonle Lake

    Kampong Chhang is referred to as Cambodia’s “water world” – everything is on sticks balanced on water rich soil. Sunrise yoga here is particularly rewarding. On shore, take a guided tour through the floating villages and learn about the making of palm sugar. Your boat then continues to glide toward the Great Tonle Lake – the biggest freshwater lake in Asia. Take in the natural scenery as your boat makes its way to Siem Reap.

    Tonle Lake to Siem Reap

    The Tonle Sap is home to more fishes than any other lake in the world, alongside a wide variety of birdlife. Observe all this and more on your journey back to shore, as your cruise comes to an end. In Siem Reap city centre you will be met and transferred to your hotel.

    Siem Reap
