Travel to the USA and see two of the worlds most exciting and iconic cities in one trip. Start in Las Vegas or New York, the itinerary would work either way round, and spend your time getting to love these amazing places. From the bright lights of the Strip and Times Square, to the quiet serenity of Central Park or the Grand Canyon, there is plenty to fill your time whether you like adventure or relaxing; fine dining or dancing til the early hours.
Our expert tour specialists can tailor this trip to exactly meet your needs. We make the suggestions but the decision is yours
Fly from the UK to Las Vegas. Chose the option of direct flights from London and Manchester or travel via a gateway city with United Airlines from Edinburgh or Glasgow. Arrive late afternoon or early evening into ‘Sin City’, where the night is yet young for a first taste of the bright lights, casinos and restaurants.
Party town at night, Vegas also offers plenty to fill your days too. From the amazing amounts of world class shopping at several centres on the Strip, to zip-lining over the side streets you are sure to find something to do outside the casinos, as well as trying to win big on the poker tables of roulette wheels. The hotels offer space for relaxing in world class spas or soaking up some dessert sun on several pool decks. There are so many options for high class dining you may be spoilt for choice! And while in Vegas, take the time out of a flight to the Grand Canyon or helicopter over the Strip as the sun goes down.
A last morning in Las Vegas before making your way to the airport and taking an internal flight direct to New York. Transfer from the airport to your hotel at the core of the Big Apple.
Two days to explore Manhattan and all that it has to offer. From more bright lights on Times Square to the beautifully respectful 9/11 Memorial, there is so much to see in New York. Get a bird’s eye view of the city from one of several observation decks – Empire State Building or Top of The Rock are brilliant and located in Midtown - wander the streets between the towering sky scrapers or catch a ferry across the bay to Staten Island for the best views of the Statue of Liberty. In the evening, catch a Broadway show in Theatre District and marvel as Times Square lights up in the dark.
A final day in New York to explore the shops of Fifth Avenue or take a stroll around Central Park before heading back to the airport for an overnight flight back to the UK.
