Fly overnight to Victoria Falls, with connections in Europe, the Gulf and Southern Africa
Arrive in Victoria Falls where you’ll be met for the short transfer to your hotel for a 3 night stay. Victoria Falls town is a lively travellers hub – spend the day relaxing, exploring, and possibly watching daily life in one of the cafes and bars.
This morning take a walk down to the falls, entrance fee included. Walkways here lead on an easy trail in front of the falls, and the Zimbabwe side has prime views from in front of the falls. Be prepared to get wet, but don’t worry it’s always warm.
After some free time in the afternoon, you’ll be picked up at your hotel for a private sundowner cruise on the Zambezi. Escape the booze cruise crowds and board Kalunda for an intimate and unhurried experience close to nature and the true Zambezi. Enjoy drinks and canapes as the sun sets for that magical moment.
Day at leisure at the falls. There’s plenty to do from adrenaline zip wires over the canyon, to taking a steam train over the famous bridge linking Zimbabwe and Zambia in front of the falls. Or take the flight of the Angels helicopter or microlight trip for bird’s eye views of the cascades and the mighty river beyond.
Depart with your guide this morning for a private transfer to Hwange National Park, combing accessibility with some of Africa’s best game viewing. It’s an easy journey south of around 2.5 hours to the gate and from there you’ll be picked up by a game drive vehicle for another hour or so to the lodge. Keep a look out for first sightings of big cats, elephants and more. Arrive in time for some lunch or an afternoon tea and enjoy unwinding in the wilderness. There may be time to head out to see the wildlife and take a sundowner.

Take day and night game drives, bush walks, sundowners and meals in the dining room or al fresco under the clear African night skies. A leisurely overland journey back to Victoria Falls for your departure flight. To extend your African adventure you can continue up to Mana Pools, for an intense and varied safari experience on the lower Zambezi, or transfer over into Botswana and head to the Chobe and Okavango. Perhaps head down to Cape Town or via Jo’burg out to Mauritius and the Seychelles.
