Terms & Conditions:
We will waive our amendment fees for any changes you make
before departure. You will only pay the difference in price
for the amended trip; if the new price is less we will
reduce your holiday cost accordingly. Some elements of
a holiday may be non-changeable or non-refundable; these
will be advised at the time of booking. Amendments may
incur cancellation charges if close to travel date. We
cannot guarantee amendments can be made within 14 days
°Covid-19 Refund Guarantee
New bookings made from 1st August 2021 can cancel with
a full refund if travel is affected by Covid
If your holiday cannot go ahead as planned due to
Covid-19 restrictions, we will offer you a full refund,
including your deposit, from 14 days prior to travel.
If you choose to take advantage of our Future Credit Offer,
we will apply this to your booking and allow you 12
months to redeem this for future travel.
**These restrictions are defined as follows:
Where travel to the destination would contravene
the travel advice issued by the UK Government and
There are entry restrictions imposed by a country
to UK residents where there is a legal obligation
to quarantine for more than 3 days on arrival.
Where there are visa suspensions meaning guests
are denied entry to the destination.
A deposit of 10% applies to new bookings. Please note
some holidays and flights may require a higher,
non-refundable deposit or full payment to be made up
front. You will be advised if this applies at the time
of booking. The balance of the holiday cost must be
paid no later than 90 days before departure.
¢Future Credit Offer
Discount valid for 12 months and is non-refundable
and non-transferable. Your holiday balance remains
refundable if an alternative trip cannot be found within
the 12 month time validity of the discount.
All monies applied to a new booking are
non-transferable. All other standard terms and conditions
apply to the booking.
