Clayoquot Wilderness Lodge Dining

Contemporary style cuisine with influence from the surrounding wilderness, British Columbia's multi-cultural community and the Pacific Northwest's thriving culinary scene.

Breakfast - Highlights on the menu include buttermilk pancakes with local maple syrup and eggs or a foraged forest mushroom and jack cheese omelette. 

Lunch - Season-led, daily changing lunch menu. Highlights include freshly caught fish ceviche and the Bedwell Burger with organic Blue Goose beef. 

Dinner - Three-course dinner menu with the very best of the region's local produce. Seafood starters, freshly caught scallops, octopus and prawns. 

The best way to travel to Clayoquot Wilderness Lodge is to fly to Vancouver, British Columbia and connect with a scenic 45-minute seaplane flight directly to the resort dock on Clayoquot Sound. Alternatively, guests van also arrive by boat, The Norwester for the 35-minute passage from Tofino. Complimentary car parking is available and coordinated by the reservation team, who arrange a valet service at Tofino Resort and Marina.
