Fairmont Hotel Vier Jahreszeitan is located on the Alster Lake in central Hamburg. It features 8 places to eat and drink including Japanese cuisine and a 2 Michelin star restaurant, Restaurant Haerlin and a lakeside terrace area. Rooms feature lakeside or green courtyard views and are decorated in a modern neutral tone. There is also a luxury spa and wellness centre to enjoy and a gym for guests to use. The hotel is close to a range of places of interest as well as the underground station and the shopping street of Jungfernstieg.

Restaurant Haerlin
This is one of Germany’s leading gourmet restaurants and has 2 Michelin stars. It is open from Tuesday – Saturday 18.30 – 21.30.
Jahreszeiten Grill
Decorated in an art deco style of the 1920s this restaurant serves traditional Hanseatic dishes using fresh meat, poultry and steaks along with its own wine cellar. Lunch is served between 12.00 – 14.30 and dinner between 18.00 – 22.00.
Jahreszeiten Bar
Located in the hotel’s entrance the two-storey bar offers international cocktails along with fine, classic alternatives. Open from 12.00 – 01.00.
Jahreszeiten Terrace
This outdoor seating area has views across the harbour and external radiators for when the weather is chilly. This serves a range of dishes including marinated tuna, and fillet of beef and can seat up to 80 guests. The terrace is open between April – October from 12.00 -23.00.
Wohnhalle
This serves a range of afternoon tea including scones, salmon, egg and cucumber sandwiches and fruit tarts prepared freshly every day. Open from 08.00 – midnight.
Café Condi
This café is well known for serving a variety for breakfast dishes in its buffet and serves lunch and tea including traditional German desserts such as puff pastry and apple strudel.
Condi Lounge
This serves modern dishes and is decorated in earthy colours, retro décor and large patterned upholstery. They serve coffee and snacks and in the afternoons, cakes and fresh fruit tarts are available.
Nikkei Nine
This serves traditional and innovative Japanese cuisine along with Peruvian ingredients, mixing Japanese flavours with Peruvian and Brazilian influences.
