It is decorated throughout in an Art Deco style offering brightly coloured rooms with views over the city centre. There is an in-house spa and gym facility which includes a hot tub, sauna and steam room. The on-site restaurant serves a variety of Icelandic cuisine and a buffet breakfast each morning. There are a wide range of things to see and do on the doorstep such as places of historical importance, shops, cultural sites, as well as tours and excursions.

The Borg Spa is a real bonus here as it's rare to find such a comprehensive spa and fitness centre in a small, city centre location.'
