Fernsehturm

Also known as the Television Tower, the Fernsehturm serves as a symbol of communist power in East Berlin. It is the second tallest structure in the EU and is one of Berlin's top landmarks. Take a swift 40-second ride to the viewing platform, located 200 metres from the ground and enjoy a unique dining experience at the revolving restaurant.

Recognised as the home of the Berlin Philharmoniker, regularly voted among the top three symphony orchestras in the world, this attraction is a must for classical music fans. Brandenburg Gate

As one of Germany's most well-known attractions, Brandenburg Gate is a must-see. This 18th-century Neoclassical monument was an essential part of Berlin during the city’s destruction in the Second World War as well as the divide between East and West Germany. Make sure to admire the Quadriga, a chariot pulled by four horses, at the top of the gate.

Reichstag Building

The Reichstag building initially served as the meeting place for the German Parliament. Opened in 1894 this Neo-Baroque building burnt to the ground during Berlin's infamous fire of 1933. After the Berlin Wall fell, Norman Foster launched a restoration project here to create a symbol of a unified Germany. Admire the new glass dome with views into the debating chamber.
