'All-Inclusive Wellness Getaway'
BodyHoliday is a five-star all-inclusive wellness resort located on the north-west tip of St Lucia, set on Cariblue’s crescent-shaped beach and surrounded by 42 acres of lush tropical gardens. The resort features 155 rooms and suites, including 29 dedicated Solo Garden Rooms, and welcomes families with children aged 12 and above throughout the year.
Wellbeing is at the heart of the experience, with a comprehensive 33-room Wellness Centre offering a daily spa treatment for every guest (excluding arrival and departure days), a choice of eight treatments and unlimited access to the far infrared sauna. An extensive programme of fitness and activity classes is also included, ranging from yoga, Pilates and Tai Chi to more energetic pursuits.
At the beach, guests can enjoy snorkelling, diving, paddleboarding and sailing, while on land there is tennis, volleyball and an infinity pool. The resort’s six restaurants and two bars provide a choice of à la carte and casual dining experiences, complemented by a carefully curated wellness-focused approach to food and drink

The Clubhouse offers drinks and entertainment. The 360° bar is perfect at sunset. Open 09.00 – 12.30
- Tao
Maintaining its AAA Diamond Award, Tao serves a fusion of Eastern and Western cuisine overlooking the Ocean. Open for dinner. Reservations required 48 hrs in advance.
- Cariblue Restaurant
Overlooking Cariblue Beach the restaurant serves a buffet menu for breakfast and the lunch menu changes daily and includes influences from the Mediterranean, Asia and Mexico. A La Carte is served six evenings a week and Wednesday evening is Caribbean Buffet with steel band entertainment. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
