Located in the southwest of the island, St. Regis Le Morne has a backdrop of Le Morne Mountain a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Colonial in architectural style; terraces and colonnades overlook tropical gardens, beaches and the ocean. There are 172 rooms and suites altogether and have either balcony or terrace. The resort has two pools, a fitness centre, a spa and a range of water and land sports. There are five restaurants offering food from around the world, and one bar.

Beachside, enjoy vintage Champagne and oysters at this elegant seafood dining venue in the evening. During the day, for the healthy, there are fruit skewers, energy juices and gazpacho. Open for lunch and dinner.
- Atsuko
‘Atsuko’ meaning ‘serenity’ in Japanese has live kitchens that prepare selected seafood, meat and vegetables. You must try the Wasabi Chocolate Martini cocktail! Open for dinner.
