Makris matches “Contemporary Greek Cuisine” honoured at the FNL Best Restaurant Awards 2022 with views of the Venetian castle atop Spinalonga island. Executive Chef Petros Dimas has crafted a menu of bold local flavours with a creative twist, to be paired with fine wines and champagnes.

This is the resort’s upmarket restaurant located by the pool, where fine cuts of meat from local farms are cooked however you wish.

The free upgrade to Half Board Dine Around includes unlimited buffet dinners at Tholos Restaurant, one 3 course à la carte dinner at Blend Steakhouse, one 3 course à la carte dinner at Topos 1910, and one 3 course set menu at The CORE. Drinks aren't included, pre-booking is required, and guests must be staying for a minimum of 7 nights.
