Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts understands that your holiday is precious time and is fully committed to ensuring a safe, clean & hygienic environment for all guests & staff. In partnership with two hygiene and safety giants, Bureau Veritas and Ecolab, to ensure that you can spend your holiday worry-free, in a safe & relaxing environment the resort has introduced the following measures:
All hotel staff will be wearing protective masks and respecting social distancing
Guests will be asked to wear protective masks in public areas and maintain a recommended two metre distance from others
Masks will be readily available from numerous points across the resort
Staff are undertaking regular temperature checks and tripling the volume of fresh air in public areas
All public areas will be thoroughly cleansed up to 3 times a day
Jumeirah remains committed to delivering exceptional dining experiences and all restaurants will be fully sanitised before each service
Buffet dining options have been redefined and all breakfast services will be a la carte
Tables will be distanced at least two metres apart and all tables are set with sanitiser dispenser and sanitising wipes
Rooms will be cleaned and aerated each day
Sanitising and hygiene amenities available in each guest room and include masks, hand gel and wipes with correct specifications
Rooms are left vacant for three days after each guest stay and undergo a deep fogging cleanse
Pillows and duvets undergo thermal hygiene process and changed after each checkout
Certain facilities such as children's clubs, gyms and public pools will remain suspended under government guidelines
Where beaches have reopened, social distance measures will be in place in compliance with government guidelines
Overlooking the iconic Burj Al Arab and with its own distinctive wave architecture Jumeirah Beach has rooms and 1,2 & 3 bedroom suites that overlook the Arabian Gulf or the city. The hotel has a private beach area, five swimming pools including a fantastic children’s pool adjacent to the kids’ club and a range of land and water sports including tennis and squash. Guests enjoy free unlimited access to Wild Wadi WaterparkTM which is located next door. The J Club is home to Talise Spa which has a fitness centre, sauna, hot tubs and a steam room alongside spa treatments. Food and drink is available at a variety of venues including beach front surf classics at Ocean Blue and sky high cocktails overlooking the city at Uptown Bar. Adjacent to Madinat Jumeirah the wider resort has over 40 dining venues to choose from.
