Seaside Palm Beach is the first Design Hotel in the Canary Islands, joining a collection of boutique retreats known for their well-thought out design. Breakfast, dinner, buffets and set menus are featured alongside local and international wines. Dine indoors, amid the elegant interiors designed by Paris interior decorator Alberto Pinto, or out on the terrace overlooking magnificent views of the hotel gardens.
Mediterranean cuisine is given a modern twist. Dishes use fresh, premium quality ingredients and the restaurant offers a weekly menu of four courses.
Local ingredients, such as Canarian cheeses, artisanal smoked salmon from Uga and the traditional Iberian ham “Pata Negra” form the delicious tapas on offer at La Bodega.
Situated right next to the main restaurant, Bar Odega is reminiscent of the 70s and offers a wide range of cocktails and drinks.
Set beside the pool, the African Bar offers a range of refreshing drinks and tasty snacks such as home-made cake, waffles and crepes.
