Dining on the Hill
Dining on the Hill is unsurprisingly located on top of a small hill and offers stunning sea views; it has a casual, relaxed theme and offers Thai dishes and health-balanced cuisines along with other popular dishes. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Dining on the Rocks
An award-winning restaurant offering stunning views and modern interpretive cuisine which focuses on taste and wholesome local ingredients. Its unique architectural design consists of nine terraced decks of weathered teak and bamboo with both open air and covered areas. Enjoy odd delights such as bubble gum mozzarella cubes, mix berries, yoghurt and beet carpet.
Drinks on the Hill
Enjoy drinks just a few steps from the restaurant. This is the hotel's main bar and it offers one of the most extensive wine lists on Koh Samui. Guests can sample fresh juice, mocktails and cocktails, and a range of international beers from early morning until the last guest leaves.
In Villa Dining
Guests may choose to dine at their villa at any time of day or night be it pre-cooked meals or a barbeque; in addition there are several romantic locations which may be selected for an intimate dinner.
Drinks on the Rocks
Indulge in a few pre-dinner cocktails before venturing to Dining on the Rocks for a beautiful dinner. Open daily from early until late evening.
Drift at the Beach
Enjoy authentic flavours from this beachside lounge's wood fired oven and grill, or an expertly mixed cocktail. Guests can relax in the bar under the sun or the moonlight. Open daily for lunch until the early evening.
