Kings Camp

‘Tranquil and Elegant'

Kings Camp Private Game Reserve is one of the Timbavati Reserve’s hidden jewels. Facing an open savannah with waterhole, you can gaze out and watch the variety of wildlife that frequent this little hideaway. Get closer with a game drive, where packs of lions plan strategic attacks on the buffalo that roam the plains. There are giraffes and leopards to see here too, all from the comfort of an open air Land Rover. Suites offer private verandah's and hammocks, a spacious lounfe and and ball-and-claw bath.

In Our Opinion

Romantic rooms of colonial character are enhanced by lamp lights, wooden floors and four poster beds. The food also deserves a mention here – in a word, fantastic’
