To alleviate the risk of transmission, continuous and stringent deep cleaning pre and post room use as well as during the use of the villa.
Staff to have all adequate training in safety procedures for safe cleaning, disposal of used material for sanitising.
For both protection of the guests and staff our procedures will be discussed with guests on arrival.
Deep cleaning pre and post of all villas and high traffic communal main lodge areas and touch points with
accredited, eco-friendly and health regulation recommended disinfectants and cleaning processes.
Surface area disinfection with increased frequency to be performed throughout the day.
This will include game drive vehicles pre and post drives, all outside deck, fire pit and watch tower and
boma areas.
Laundry and housekeeping to be performed with suitable accredited hospital grade and eco-friendly products.
70% Alcohol hand sanitisers are conveniently placed around the property for guests and staff to make use
of at all times. Game drive vehicles to carry with while out on drive.
We have always seated guests separately for breakfast and dinners. Appropriate distancing between tables
as well as staff taking orders for fine plated dining. High Tea will be adapted to a individual portion option.
Kitchen food preparation protocols as per regulated safety standards.
