In a stunning open-air setting looking across the lagoon on the resort's private island, Ile aux Chats, Acquapazza serves contemporary Italian cuisine with an earthy approach to its food. You can enjoy fresh seafood, antipasti and Italian flavourings such as black crusted olive lamb and even an adaptation of a 15th century lasagne recipe! Open 18.30 to 22.30.
Bambou
An inviting pool/beachside restaurant under a thatched roof with indoor and outdoor terrace seating. Sample international cuisine at lunchtime with sushi, wok specialities, pizza and grills. Dinner offerings include typical Mauritian dishes, Indian, Chinese and a fusion of other flavours creating daily signature dishes. You will also find theme nights – Zilwa, African and Seafood weekly.
