Joel Robuchon Monte-Carlo
Using only the finest fresh seasonal produce, head chef Christophe Cussac creates diverse and flavourful Mediterranean dishes. This is the hotel’s main restaurant and it also features a vegetarian menu.
Yoshi
Yoshi is the first Joël Robuchon Japanese restaurant in the world and offers a helping of fresh, modern cuisine curated by Japanese chef Takéo Yamazaki. Interiors take inspiration from France with splashes of vibrant colours mingled with smooth wood.
Bar & Lobby
Redesigned by the ingenuity of interior designer Jacques Garcia, the Bar & Lobby is a warm and lively, a great spot to socialise and enjoy a pre or post dinner beverage. Enjoy a wide selection of cocktails, teas and pastries.
Odyssey
Odyssey is a unique concoction from the mind of Karl Lagerfeld. This is a combination of a heated seawater swimming pool and Joël Robuchon’s third restaurant in the hotel. The area is exclusive to residents and Odyssey members with al fresco dining and seasonal gourmet dishes.
