Serving only fresh, locally sourced ingredients, the chef creates Cape-style dishes with a European twist.
Breakfasts are served with a range of freshly squeezed juices, locally made jams, freshly baked bread, pastries, croissants and muffins, as well as homemade muesli, healthy cereals and yoghurts.
Light lunches are served throughout the day, as well as delicious picnic baskets on request, and snack buffets laid out in the afternoons, with freshly prepared delicacies.
Dinners comprise of a four course table d’hôte menu, served either al fresco on the veranda or in the lounge.
