‘A Mediterranean-Style Villa in California’

Noleta Ranch, a 6-bedroom oceanfront estate in the Santa Barbara community of Hope Ranch, is a masterpiece designed by famed architect Wallace Neff in 1970. This estate sits on an oceanfront acre of land with breathtaking panoramic views of the Pacific and Channel Islands. Over the past decade, the current owner worked closely with the Historical Committee to restore and modernise the estate while preserving the original design. The entrance features a large courtyard leading to large wood front doors that open to reveal an expansive view of the sea. The villa's interior features beamed ceilings ranging from eight to 25 feet in height, great expanses of glass, white walls, and cool tile floors that capture the essence of a Mediterranean villa.
