Istoria Hotel is made up of only 12 suites on the eastern half of Santorini, fronting the gorgeous Perivolos Beach. All suites are modern in design and some open out to terraces with hot-tubs or pools. The restaurant here uses the freshest ingredients and even some produce from the hotel’s own garden. Facilities include an infinity pool and spa and there’s also the option for horse riding.
