Named after the constellation whose brightest star is Capella, Auriga provides a wellness philosophy based on the phases of the moon. Signature treatments use natural products that reflect the varying energies of the lunar cycle.

The Knolls
Mediterranean fine dining experience by the seafront, with an intimate and inviting atmosphere. A wide range of choices are available for breakfast, as well as lunch and dinner which both offer authentic Mediterranean dishes. Dining can be indoors or out on the terrace with views over the reflecting pools towards the South China Sea. Open daily from 07:00 to 23:00.
Cassia
Drawing inspiration from the age-old spice routes in Southern and Western China, as well as the seas around Singapore, Cassia offers a Cantonese fine dining experience to tantalise the taste buds. The restaurant also features a private dining room which overflows onto an outdoor terrace.
Bob’s Bar
As a nod to Havana’s glory days and Capella Singapore’s old world charm, Bob’s Bar reflects an authentic and glamorous Cuban-inspired bar.

The Knolls
All day dining restaurant with an intimate atmosphere serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner menus which include combinations of Western, Japanese, Indian and local Singaporean flavours. Specialities include perfectly prepared meats and fresh seafood with an influx of complex spices. A sumptuous afternoon tea is also on offer and family service makes this a great place for sharing food with friends. Open from 06.30 to 23.00
Cassia
A contemporary Chinese fine dining restaurant using the freshest of local ingredients to create a feast for the senses; the intimate dining room overflows onto an outdoor terrace overlooking verdant gardens and the city beyond. Every Saturday and Sunday there is a Dim Sum Brunch which includes an amazing selection of delicacies plus Champagne. Open 12.00 to 14.30 & 18.30 to 22.30
Bobs Bar
Styled in a modern Cuban Island bar theme with comfortable seating and a wide selection of spirits, wines, cigars; outdoors on the terrace may be the perfect place to enjoy a relax on a daybed watching the sunset whilst sipping homemade soda as well as wines and beers. Open 09.00 to midnight
