There are floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the sparkling waters of the bay and dining includes robust flavours of the freshest natural produce. Open for breakfast 06.30 to 10.30/11.00, lunch 12.00 to 14.30, Saturday Hangover Brunch 12.00 to 15.00 (free flowing Bloody Mary & house wines until 14.45), Sunday Champagne Brunch 12.00 to 15.00 (free flowing Champagne and house wines until 14.45) and dinner 18.30 to 22.30.
The Landing Point
Elegantly positioned alongside an impressive indoor promenade paved in bespoke marble mosaics, The Landing Point is the gourmand’s lounge du jour. Designed in hues of gold; indulge in signature cocktails and chic comfort food interpreted through classic dishes. Enjoy a carefully selected variety of organic salads, delicious sandwiches and local Asian favourites, or delight in an exquisite afternoon tea served daily. Open 07.00to midnight/01.00, breakfast 07.00 to 10.30, lunch 11.00 to 14.30, afternoon tea 15.00 to 17.30,  cocktails / dinner 17.00 to close.
Lantern
“Red Lantern Pier” was a landing point for Singapore’s first immigrants and red lanterns used to hang from the pier as a guide to seafarers; now this stylish rooftop bar and pool with enthralling panoramic views provides a sophisticated chic spot in which to relish delectable gourmet snacks, fine Champagnes & signature cocktails. Open daily 08.00 to 01.00/02.00, lunch 12.00 to 15.00 & cocktails 17.00 to close.
