Amethyst Wedding Package
Includes:
• Exclusive use of the Saffire sanctuary for you and your guests from 14.00 on your check-in until 11.00 on your departure day
• Luxury accommodation in a double occupancy suite – and a complimentary stay for the bride and groom the following night
• A welcome reception of light refreshments in the Library upon arrival
• Your choice of a number of onsite locations to hold your ceremony
• Ceremony flower arrangements to compliment your chosen colour scheme (Subject to seasonal availability)
• A sparkling wine toast at the conclusion of the ceremony
• Pre-dinner drinks in the Saffire Lounge with a selection of five canapés
• Dinner reception in Palate restaurant, where the chef and his team will prepare a Saffire Indulgence Five Course Tasting Menu. Alternatively, you can opt for a cocktail-style reception in The Lounge
• Choice of select wines from the Amethyst wine list

Conditions:
• To marry in Australia you must be 18 years of age or over, and a Notice of Intended Marriage must be lodged at least one month and one day prior to your wedding day
• Low Season – Amethyst Package / Emerald Package / Sapphire Package
• High Season – Emerald Package / Sapphire Package
• Peak Season – Sapphire Package
• Peak (Nov - Feb); High (Mar, Apr, Sep, Oct); Low (May - August)
• Rates are inclusive of 10% Goods and Services Tax.
• An initial non-refundable deposit of $500 (£219) is required to place a group reservation, and then 25% of selected package price is required within the next fourteen days to confirm group booking. We reserve the right to release all suites back to inventory if monies are not received by the due date.
• 50% of package price is due 150 days prior to arrival
• Full prepayment of package price is required 90 days prior to arrival
• Full deposit (all known charges) must be settled 30 days prior to arrival
• No penalty – other than the non-refundable deposit of $500 (£219) – for cancellation with more than a 120 day notice
• 50% of deposit paid is forfeit for cancellations advised 120-90 days prior to arrival
• 75% of deposit paid is forfeit for cancellations advised 90-30 days prior to arrival
• 100% of deposit paid is forfeit for cancellations advised 30 days prior to arrival
