Day One
Depart London Heathrow with Qatar Airways and travel to the bustling city of Bangkok, via Doha.  

Day Two
Upon arrival in Bangkok a private transfer will be awaiting to take you to your central hotel, the Anantara Siam Bangkok.  You'll spend the next three nights here in a Deluxe Room with breakfast included

Days Three to Four
Spend your time enjoying the vibrant city in all it's glory.  The excellent range of shopping is just steps away from the hotel, in the Siam Square area, whilst the Sky Train provides access to the whole city with ease.  Perhaps head to the Grand Palace, take a dinner cruise along the Chao Phraya River or join an excursion to the floating markets.

Day Five
A private transfer will take you back to the airport where you'll fly south with Bangkok Airways to the island of Phuket.  Another private transfer will then escort you to the Angsana Laguna Phuket where you'll spend the next 7 nights using a Lagoon Room with breakfast included.

Days Six to Eleven
This wonderful destination offers fabulous beaches, plenty of fun activities as well as the opportunity to indulge in some local culture.  You can head to Phuket Town for some shopping and culture, or visit the extraordinary 'Big Buddha' or, if you fancy yourself as a film star, why not visit James Bond Island from 'The Man With The Golden Gun' or the Phi Phi Islands made famous by Leonardo di Caprio in 'The Beach'?

Day Twelve
Your private transfer will take you back to Phuket airport for your international flights back to London Heathrow with Qatar Airways, via Doha.

Bangkok

Grand Palace
Visit the dazzling, ornate Grand Palace and the highly revered, tiny Emerald Buddha in addition to seeing some of the Royal Palaces still used for state ceremonies.  This visit is certainly one of the highlights of Bangkok for the great Thai traditional architecture of the Kingdom of Thailand.

Damnoen Saduak Floating Market
There are countless floating markets throughout Thailand, many located just a short drive from Bangkok.  Of these, the most famous is the lively Damnoen Saduak Floating Market.  Here, you'll be captivated by the buzzing scene along the canals as you take in the lush landscape and smiling faces passing by.  With your guide, you'll tour the market and take part in the chatter and activity as tourists and locals alike venture out to purchase all manner of goods.  To end the experience you'll visit the ancient Wat Bangkung, a remarkable temple built within a large banyan tree.

Bangkok Tuk Tuk by Night
Experience the thrill of riding in a Tuk Tuk, witnessing Bangkok's Chinatown at night.  You'll taste a wide variety of different local dishes, drinks and desserts from street food vendors and visit the eye-catching Pak Klong Talad flower market, as well as marvelling at some of Bangkok's iconic temples beautifully lit up at night while enjoying a drink.

River Kwai
On this full day experience you will visit the Thailand-Burma Railway Centre, an interactive museum, information and research facility dedicated to presenting the history of the Thailand-Burma railway.  The centre offers visitors an educational and moving experience before you head across to the War Cemetery, the final resting place for over 6,000 allied prisoners of war who worked, and died, during the Japanese occupation.  A scenic longtail boat ride along the Maeklong River to the famous bridge site then awaits.  Following lunch you'll then board the 'Death Train' for a thrilling ride across wooden viaducts with fantastic scenery along the River Kwai.

Phuket

Phuket Explorer
Discover some of the landmark sights and cultural icons across Phuket.  You'll begin with a coastal drive to Nakkerd Hill to visit the stunning 'Big Buddha' with marvellous views over Chalong and southern Phuket.  After a visit to a cashew nut factory you'll then head into Phuket Town to the oldest Chinese temple on the island as well as a 100-year old Chinese mansion, designed in a Sino-Portuguese style.

Phi Phi Island Paradise by Speedboat
This 'join in' tour will take you to the Royal Phuket Marina where you'll join a boat heading initially to Bamboo Island where you'll have the opportunity for swimming, snorkelling and relaxing on the beach.  From there, you'll head to the larger island of Phi Phi Don for lunch before visiting Monkey Beach and Viking Cave.  Finally, a visit to Phi Phi Lay, the island made famous by Leonardo di Caprio in 'The Beach' where you'll enjoy more time to swim and snorkel.

James Bond Island by Longtail Boat
Follow in Roger Moore's footsteps from the film 'the Man with the Golden Gun' as you visit James Bond Island within the Phang Nga Bay National Park.  In addition, you'll have lunch at a floating village, made entirely on stilts as well as sea caves - including one extraordinary cave housing a temple with an immense reclining Buddha!
