Named in honour of the famed Danish spice trader, Mads Johansen Lange, this is the camp’s split-level tented dining room. Cooking here is inspired by spice trails and international favourites, and is offered for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
The Chef here will tailor a gastronomic journey personalised to your tastes in an Omakase style. Api Jawa is an interactive and intimate Asian barbecue serving authentic and modern bites for dinner in a farm to table fashion.
This poolside bar serves refreshments by The Cistern. Enjoy snacks and a wide range of locally inspired and handcrafted cocktails. Traditional methods, such as the pestle and mortar and a manual ice crusher, ensure the natural sounds of the rainforest aren’t interrupted. Open from early morning until late night.
