The Chef here will tailor a gastronomic journey personalised to your tastes in an Omakase style. Api Jawa is an interactive and intimate Asian barbecue serving authentic and modern bites for dinner in a farm to table fashion.
The Mortar and Pestle Bar
This poolside bar serves refreshments by The Cistern. Enjoy snacks and a wide range of locally inspired and handcrafted cocktails. Traditional methods, such as the pestle and mortar and a manual ice crusher, ensure the natural sounds of the rainforest aren’t interrupted. Open from early morning until late night.
The Camp Fire
Enjoy a campfire supper or hot chocolates and toasted marshmallows accompanied by the vast stories and extensive knowledge of a local historian or storyteller. Black and white movies are shown showcasing ancient Bali here, weather permitting. Open every day from the evening until late night.
The Officers Tent
This camp living room is reserved exclusively for guests and serves refreshments daily. These include morning coffee, afternoon tea, evening cocktails and canapes, and after dinner drinks. Enjoy a range of books, international magazines, and board games.
