Lech things to do

Lech

The Green Ring

Planning a visit to Lech during the summer months? If you’re a keen walker you’ll have to try the Green Ring, a three-day hiking trail following the route of the White Ring. Hike past lakes and waterfalls and through stunning mountain scenery, learning about ancient folk tales and the mythical creatures said to roam these parts.

Lech

Oberlech Toboggan run

Make your way up to the village of Oberlech and you can enjoy the 1.2km toboggan run back to Lech. Open until 10 pm each night, this run is the perfect way to experience the beauty of Lech away from the slopes. Hire a sledge and speed down the mountain, taking in the spectacular scenery.

Lech

Huber-Hus Museum

The Huber-Hus Museum can be found in the centre of Lech, housed in a traditional wooden building that dates to the 16th century. This extraordinary place offers a window into the area’s rural farming past by way of its carefully reconstructed rooms. Set aside a morning to explore and experience a lost way of life.

Lech

Cocktails at Fux

Fux is Lech’s nightlife hotspot, a chic and modern complex that houses a Euro-Asian restaurant and a sophisticated lounge bar. You won’t find any overflowing tankards of beer here – instead, it’s all about refined cocktails, low lights, modern décor and smooth jazz. Unwind in style after a day on the slopes.

Lech

The White Ring

There are plenty of ski routes to keep you busy in Lech, but the most iconic is the White Ring. This 22km circuit is the site of an annual race each January, yet attracts skiers throughout the season. Start in Lech and head clockwise passing through Zürs, Zug and Oberlech on a variety of scenic blue and red runs.
