Thorvaldsen Museum

The Thorvaldsen Museum is dedicated to the sculptures of Bertel Thorvaldsen, one of the most famous artists in 19th century Europe. The pieces created by this Danish sculptor are truly amazing with large marble artworks in the Neoclassical style. You'll also find sketches and drawings by the artist and lots of painting and artefacts that Thorvaldsen collected in his lifetime.

Nyhavn

One of the most iconic places in Copenhagen, Nyhavn is a waterfront district lined with brightly coloured 17th-century houses, bars and restaurants. It's where the famous Danish fairytale writer Hans Christian Andersen lived. This area is as fantastical as Andersen’s stories.
