Ocean Drive
Ocean Drive boasts the world’s largest collection of art deco buildings and is an iconic part of any trip to Miami. Highlights include The Sunray Apartments, which featured in Scarface. After admiring these beautiful buildings, relax at the nearby beach or enjoy one of the fantastic restaurants located in this area.
Crandon Park
Crandon Park is spread across over 800 acres and includes two miles of protected beach. You can unwind in the shade of palm trees with your favourite book or, if you’re feeling more active, get out on the water by renting a kayak or try your hand at windsurfing. There’s plenty here to keep the whole family occupied.
Perez Art Museum Miami
For over three decades, Perez Art Museum has displayed international works of modern and contemporary art. Its permanent collection features over 1,800 masterpieces from 20th and 21st century American, Western European and African artists. Top names include John Baldessari, Dan Flavin, and Diego Rivera amongst others. In addition to its impressive collection, Perez Art Museum often hosts events and workshops.
Venetian Pool
Venetian Pool is a spring water pool dating back to 1923. As you relax in the cool waters, you can swim to two stunning waterfalls, through cool cave-like grottos and under signature bridges. Afterwards, admire sweeping views over the city. Its serene nature makes it the ultimate place for sheer relaxation.
Miami Seaquarium
Kids of all ages will love meeting aquatic animals at Miami Seaquarium. Located on the island of Virginia Keys, this is South Florida's best aquarium and is the ideal place to learn about local wildlife. You can swim with dolphins or even get a kiss from a seal. Manatees, turtles, penguins, and manta rays also call this place home.
