Named after the famous 19th century naturalist Charles Telfair, this elegant hotel reflects the history of Mauritius and the Bel Ombre region. Designed as a village the 20 villas house 6 – 8 suites which overlook the gardens or the beach from balconies or terraces. The hotel has 1km of beach which offers guests water sports activities that include: kayaking, windsurfing, snorkelling and glass bottom boat trips. On dry land there is tennis, golf, mountain biking and beach games. The spa has a sauna and hammam and there is also a fully equipped fitness centre and for something relaxing try Yoga or Reiki.
