Family friendly Shamwari Riverdene Lodge offers units accommodating a maximum of two adults and one child, childminding available for the under fours. The Safari Kids programme features indoor activities, including board games and DVDs, as well as visits to both the Born Free Foundation Big Cat Rescue Centre and the Shamwari Animal Rehabilitation Centre. The Rim-flow swimming pool has a shallow end and there’s a supervised playroom with a jungle gym. A special menu for children is offered with the dining.
